Description:
Hybrid - HDQ (Vienna VA or GPO (Pensacola FL)
This position is for a rotating 6am-6pm eastern time schedule.
For example: 2x12/off/off/3x12/off/off/2x12/off/off/off.
24x7 work open to any shifts we work 2x12/off/off/3x12/off/off/2x12/off/off/off.
Operator must have strong process management skills/ general knowledge of routers switches network connections/moogsoft monitoringalert system or equivalent systems/vendor relation and portal ticketing access knowledge/teams/servicenow/strong written and analytical skills
