Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists including two SLPAs in a reputable pediatric clinic.
- Manage a partial client caseload dedicated time for supervision and team management.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide education and support regarding clients care.
- Conduct diagnostic and assessment services for pediatric clients.
- Develop individualized plan of care and treatment goals for clients.
- Ensure consistent documentation and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Lead team-building efforts manage staff and provide training and mentorship.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapy and Speech services.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with a focus on pediatric populations.
- Eligible for or holds an Alaska state license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary stipend plus pay-per-session model (total income $120-135K).
