Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: MN (Onsite 4 days/week)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor multiple Scrum teams drive Agile best practices and support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Scrum Masters and ensure effective Agile ceremonies
Coach teams on Agile principles practices and self-organization
Track and improve team performance metrics (velocity quality delivery)
Identify and remove impediments proactively
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and alignment with business goals
Support SAFe or other scaled Agile framework implementations

Required Skills:

Proven experience as an Agile Coach managing multiple Scrum teams
Strong background in Agile transformation and continuous improvement
Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks (certification preferred)
Excellent communication coaching and facilitation skills
Ability to work with Scrum Masters Product Owners and leadership teams
