Job Title: Data Analytics Engineer (Python / AI / ML)

Location: Pittsburgh PA

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer with strong experience in Python Data Analytics AI and Machine Learning to support analytics initiatives for FNB. The ideal candidate must be local to Pittsburgh PA available for in person interviews and have prior experience working in the banking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement data analytics solutions using Python
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights
• Build evaluate and deploy ML/AI models to support business decision making
• Work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to understand requirements
• Develop data pipelines and data validation processes
• Perform data preprocessing feature engineering and model tuning
• Create dashboards reports and documentation for analytics solutions
• Ensure data accuracy performance and security compliance
• Support production issues and continuous improvements

Required Skills

• Strong hands on experience with Python
• Experience in Data Analytics AI and Machine Learning
• Proficiency with libraries such as Pandas NumPy Scikit learn
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Experience working with large datasets
• Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Experience in banking or financial services domain

Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI or similar)
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
