Job Description:
As a Data Analyst you will design and deliver an interactive Power BI dashboard that transforms issue tracking data into actionable insights for leadership and operational decision making. You will collaborate with business technical and operational teams to define reporting needs build scalable data models and deliver high quality visualizations with automated refresh and data quality controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements workshops with business technical and operational stakeholders.
• Review validate and model source data from existing issue tracking extracts.
• Design and build scalable Power BI data models optimized for large datasets.
• Develop leadership ready visualizations including volumes aging priority category and facility insights.
• Implement filters drill downs and role based views to enhance usability.
• Establish automated refresh processes and data quality validation checks.
• Iterate with stakeholders to refine dashboard accuracy and user experience.
• Create clear documentation for dashboards data definitions and refresh logic.
• Mentor designated SMEs to support long term dashboard maintenance.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Strong hands on experience developing dashboards with Power BI.
• Expertise in data modeling transformation and performance optimization.
• Experience translating business requirements into visual analytics solutions.
• Ability to work with Excel or structured extracts as primary data sources.
• Knowledge of data quality validation and automated refresh processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience creating documentation and delivering knowledge transfer sessions.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
