Job Summary
Job Summary
- Provide Level 2/3 post-production support for Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve close-critical incidents; perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
- Support month-end and quarter-end activities including posting reconciliations and close readiness.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Troubleshoot Fixed Assets/Lease transactions (e.g. asset additions adjustments retirements depreciation lease schedules remeasurements terminations) and analyze accounting impacts.
- Monitor and support integrations data loads and batch jobs (FBDI APIs OIC/middleware) including error handling and reprocessing.
- Maintain and update runbooks SOPs and knowledge base articles for repeatable support scenarios.
- Assist with controlled production changes and minor enhancements.
- Support Oracle quarterly update readiness including impact analysis regression testing and production validation.
- Ensure clear documentation and effective stakeholder communication.
- Aim to reduce the number of critical incidents and improve response/resolution times within the first 90 days.
- Preferred: Experience with ITIL-based support processes ServiceNow/Jira and OTBI/BI Publisher validation.
