CNA Needed in Chevy Chase with Driving Experience (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate reliable caregiver to provide full-day support for a client in Chevy Chase. This role focuses on safety companionship personal care and assistance with daily routines including transportation to outings and appointments.

Location: Chevy Chase

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care & Support

• Assist with dressing grooming and hygiene as needed
• Provide reminders for daily routines (hydration meals etc.)
• Support mobility including walking and transfers when needed
• Monitor for any changes in condition behavior or safety

Companionship & Engagement

• Encourage conversation and social interaction
• Support hobbies and activities (e.g. light creative activities outings)
• Assist with phone calls or communication with family if needed

Meal Preparation & Nutrition

• Prepare simple nutritious meals and snacks
• Encourage consistent eating and hydration throughout the day

Household Support

• Perform light housekeeping related to the client (laundry tidying bathroom upkeep)
• Maintain a clean safe living environment

Transportation & Errands (Required)

• Drive client to appointments errands and social outings
• Assist client in and out of the vehicle safely
• Accompany client during outings and ensure safety at all times

Safety & Supervision

• Stay attentive to fall risks and mobility challenges
• Keep walkways clear and monitor for hazards
• Provide close supervision as needed throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
• Comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers
• Patient attentive and dependable
• Strong communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Additional Notes:

• Caregiver must be comfortable providing hands-on assistance and driving the client regularly
• This role requires attentiveness flexibility and a supportive approach to daily care
