What Youll Do
As a Drain Cleaning Technician youll be the expert customers rely on to keep their plumbing systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Removing blockages such as roots debris and buildup
Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings
Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks
Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services
Maintaining a clean organized and professional company vehicle
Upholding company standards safety procedures and a strong code of ethics
What Were Looking For

Strong knowledge of plumbing tools equipment and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A positive customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Physical & Work Requirements
Comfortable working in a field environment including tight spaces and varying weather conditions
Ability to lift climb kneel and work with equipment as needed
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
