Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Steamboat Springs CO. In this role you will provide high-quality patient-centered care to residents assisting with daily living activities while promoting comfort dignity and overall well-being in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
Support patient mobility transfers and proper positioning
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature pulse and blood pressure
Observe and report changes in residents physical or mental condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean safe and organized environment for residents
Provide emotional support and companionship
Assist nursing staff with routine care and daily tasks
Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
Active CNA certification required
Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
