Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Steamboat Springs CO. In this role you will provide high-quality patient-centered care to residents assisting with daily living activities while promoting comfort dignity and overall well-being in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
• Support patient mobility transfers and proper positioning
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature pulse and blood pressure
• Observe and report changes in residents physical or mental condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean safe and organized environment for residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Assist nursing staff with routine care and daily tasks
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
