Job Title: P.R.O. Agent (Participant Relations & Outcomes)Location: Office-based (local travel may be required)Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PMPosition Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven P.R.O. Agent (Participant Relations & Outcomes) to support participants and property owners within the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of housing vouchers ensuring program compliance accurate calculations and high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate is organized analytical and confident in applying HUD policies while maintaining a strong focus on positive participant Responsibilities:Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program including policy updates and regulatory participants to determine eligibility and process applications for housing income assets household composition and other required recertifications and manage ongoing case rental subsidies participant contributions and housing assistance changes such as rent adjustments household changes and contract and conduct meetings with program participants and property clear guidance on program rules responsibilities and compliance with HUD regulations and applicable local state and federal accurate electronic and paper records documentation and high-quality outcome-focused customer in ongoing training and professional additional duties as assigned related to program Requirements:Associates degree in Business Sociology Communications Community Relations or a related field(or an equivalent combination of education and experience).Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services housing programs or a related administrative interpreting and applying HUD policies is proficiency in business math including percentages fractions and subsidy computer skills including Microsoft Office and case management written and verbal communication organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and to handle sensitive and confidential information with to work effectively with diverse populations including individuals in high-stress be able to work in an office environment and interact with the public Environment & Physical Requirements:Primarily sedentary office use of computers phones and standard office interaction with large groups or emotionally distressed be required to lift or move items outside standard sedentary guidelines in emergency or operational situations.
