Key Responsibilities

- Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately

Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado
- Previous experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
