Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medication Technician to join a healthcare team in a long-term care this role you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide both direct and indirect patient care ensuring a safe supportive and therapeutic environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications via oral topical vaginal rectal routes and inhalation
Accurately document medications administered refused or omitted
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene mobility and meals
Monitor and support patient comfort safety and well-being
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain a clean and organized care environment
Required Qualifications
Active CNA certification on the Maine State Registry
CNA-M (Medication Technician) coursework must be listed on CNA certification
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
