Job Title: Registered Nurse Correctional Facility
Duration: 26 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (5x8 Hours 10:00 PM 6:00 AM)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide healthcare services within a secure residential correctional setting. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care monitoring patient health and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the well-being of the population served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications including controlled substances in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor and assess patient health conditions and document findings accurately
- Develop review and evaluate individualized nursing care and intervention plans
- Ensure all care aligns with established treatment plans and clinical standards
- Maintain infection control practices and ensure a safe healthcare environment
- Manage and track medical inventory and supplies
- Prepare and maintain clinical and administrative reports
- Participate in team meetings staff training and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Provide care in a secure supervised environment while adhering to safety guidelines
Patient Population:
- Individuals in a residential correctional setting
- Primarily adolescent to young adult population
- Patients with varying medical behavioral and mental health needs
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license New York State
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical care practices
- Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately
- Experience with medication administration and care planning
- Strong communication and documentation skills
