Position Overview

Help build the global planning engine behind a worldclass organization. If youre energized by turning data into decisions shaping planning processes and partnering with leaders around the world this role is for you. As our Global FP&A Analyst you will lead our global budgeting and forecasting cycles and be the handson owner of our Anaplan planning platform. Youll design and refine planning models drive governance and data integrity and deliver clear insights that guide strategic decisions. Youll work across regions and functions consolidating results modeling scenarios and telling the story behind the numbers for senior leadership.

Were seeking someone experienced enough to take ownership and help us mature our planning processeswhile keeping the door open for strong ambitious candidates who may not have every piece on day one but are ready to grow with us.

What youll do

Lead endtoend global budgeting and forecasting aligning teams and timelines across regions and functions
Own and administer Anaplan: model enhancements data flows user support and governance
Build test and improve planning models and processes to increase speed accuracy and transparency
Perform analysis and scenario modeling that informs strategy resource allocation and performance management
Consolidate global financials and translate results into crisp management reporting and presentations
Partner with regional finance and business leaders to align assumptions and drive informed decisions
Train and support Anaplan users and promote best practices across the planning community
Safeguard data integrity and compliance across planning cycles
Support strategic initiatives and highpriority adhoc analysis

What youll bring

Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field.
5 years in FP&A corporate finance or similar analytical roles (global/multiregional exposure a plus)
Strong budgeting forecasting and financial modeling skills
Handson experience with Anaplan or another enterprise planning tool (Anaplan modelbuilding experience is a plus)
Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) beneficial
Solid grasp of financial statements and planning processes
Clear communication stakeholder partnership and storytelling skills
High attention to detail comfort with large datasets and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
