Position: Heavy-Duty Clean Team PT 3rd shift

Job Summary:
Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Heavy-Duty Clean Team Member to join our this
role you will be responsible for performing deep cleaning and heavy-duty tasks throughout the
casino. This includes maintaining cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas operating
specialized cleaning equipment and handling large-scale cleanup duties in compliance with health
and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning and heavy-duty janitorial work such as stripping waxing buffing
floors carpet shampooing pressure washing and restroom sanitation.
Clean and maintain high-traffic public areas restrooms stairwells and staff-only zones.
Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment (e.g. floor scrubbers carpet
extractors pressure washers).
Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies according to safety protocols.
Remove trash debris and hazardous waste from designated areas.
Respond to cleaning emergencies including spills biohazard cleanup or unscheduled
messes.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Collaborate with housekeeping and facilities teams for special projects and seasonal deep
cleans.
Follow established protocols for infection control safety and sanitation.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Five (5) years of custodial janitorial or heavy-duty cleaning experience required.
Hospitality or resort experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals proper use of equipment and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing using the English language.
Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed to include nights weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke).

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to reach with hands
and arms; bend to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; to talk hear and see. Prolonged periods of
sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk;
climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move
up to 50 pounds. May require working in confined spaces at heights or in outdoor conditions.
