Summary of Position
The Recruitment Marketing Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team by helping promote our employer brand attract qualified candidates and engage talent through digital and creative marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing communications HR or talent acquisition who wants hands-on experience in recruitment marketing strategies.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in creating and scheduling content for recruitment marketing campaigns (social media job boards career site email campaigns).
Support employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with recruiters to promote open positions and hardtofill roles.
Track and report basic recruitment marketing metrics (post performance engagement applicant source data)
Help maintain and update the companys careers page and employer branding materials
Conduct research on recruitment marketing trends competitors and talent market insights
Provide administrative and creative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Qualifications
Skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok WhatsApp YouTube.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Leadership Skills: Agility Building Trusting Relationships Decision Making Skills & Resilience
Basic understanding of CRMs Sprout Social Canva Adobe WeVideo Google Analytics SEO/SEM media metrics and performance reporting is a plus
