Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Hospital
Location: Hillsdale MI
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a hospital coverage assignment in Michigan. This role will support patient care across acute care and skilled nursing settings with potential outpatient coverage as needed.
Assignment Details
- Start: End of April (urgent need)
- Duration: 13 weeks with potential extension
- Setting: Acute care and skilled nursing through mid-June then outpatient as needed
Schedule
- MondayFriday 8:30am 4:30pm
- 35 hours guaranteed per week (typically 40 worked)
Requirements
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant License in good standing
- Relevant acute care and/or skilled nursing experience required
- Flexibility to float to outpatient setting as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in acute and skilled nursing environments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards
Additional Information
