Job Summary
REES is seeking a positive energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Dallas. Youll be part of a small but dynamic team of marketers who work closely together to support firmwide marketing and business development efforts.
This role supports requests for proposals and qualifications sales presentations and a range of marketing materials that reflect the REES brand. Responsibilities also include proofreading copy assisting with visual content maintaining CRM data and ensuring marketing tasks are completed. Youll help coordinate local outreach efforts such as trade shows job fairs participation in professional organizations community service initiatives and design competitions.
Relationships are central to our work so youll collaborate with team members across the firm and build professional connections both inside and outside the organization.

You should be comfortable using Adobe InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator along with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint. A bachelors degree in Marketing Public Relations or Mass Communications is preferred. Experience in architecture engineering or construction is a plus but not required.
