You will operate with precision and professionalism ensuring the safety of personnel property and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible reassuring security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional customer Response: Act as a first responder to security threats including active shooter scenarios within the clients office Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks cameras access control systems to ensure operational Reporting: Produce detailed timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations including advanced walkthroughs secure transportation and body Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access photography and sensitive areas with professionalism and Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies prioritizing the safety of executives staff and Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective You Bring:Experience: Executive Protection Emergency Response Teams (ERT) Protective Security Detail (PSD) or Residential Security Teams (RST)Certifications & Credentials:Valid BSIS CA Guard Card; this is an unarmed positionU.S. Passport & Drivers LicenseHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)Background Investigation & Random Drug ScreeningSkills & Attributes:Command presence and confidence under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsTactical awareness and emergency response capabilitiesPhysical readiness and mental resilienceDiscretion integrity and professionalismPreferred Qualifications:Prior military law enforcement or ERT experienceCA CCW Exposed Firearm Permit LEOSA/HR 218 permit or CCW valid for all 50 states Specialized training in crisis management emergency medicine or incident responseCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security AcademyBasic Life Support (AHA); CPR certificationEMT license strongly considered but not requiredFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies Tools and ProcessesElite Benefits:Medical Dental Vision and Life InsuranceCompetitive 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Advanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protectionThis Is More Than a Job.
