Physical Therapist (Travel Contract) Home Health
Location: Anchorage Alaska (Coverage: Anchorage & Eagle River)

Pay Rate: Up to $50.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 5x8 shifts MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Start Date: Flexible (must start by February 16)
Position Overview
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel home health assignment in Anchorage Alaska. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a patient-centered independent care environment and are comfortable delivering therapy services directly in patients homes.
You will play a critical role in improving mobility restoring function and enhancing quality of life for patients across the Anchorage and Eagle River communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality home health physical therapy services to assigned patients
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises mobility strategies and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (Alaska or compact eligibility preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong assessment documentation and patient communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Assignment Details & Unique Notes
- Patient Volume: 56 visits per day (average)
- Coverage Area: Anchorage and Eagle River
- Mileage Reimbursement: Provided
- Compensation: Up to $50/hour (adjusted based on experience)
