Job Summary:
The Quality Control Analyst supports organizational compliance and quality assurance efforts by monitoring adherence to internal standards contractual obligations and applicable regulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining audit readiness accurate documentation and continuous improvement across operations.
The analyst works closely with compliance quality and operational teams to identify risks support corrective actions and ensure consistent execution of quality and compliance requirements in a fast-paced regulated environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance and quality records related to personnel credentials and operational readiness
Verify that assigned staff meet required qualifications training and suitability requirements prior to operational assignment
Monitor adherence to internal policies procedures quality standards and compliance requirements
Identify document and escalate compliance risks or gaps to management
Support audits reviews and internal assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness
Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports on compliance status trends and findings
Collaborate with quality and operational leadership to recommend process improvements
Ensure activities align with confidentiality privacy and ethical standards
Support continuous improvement efforts by tracking issues and corrective actions
Perform duties using approved enterprise systems and tools
Perform related duties as assigned within scope of practice
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in compliance quality assurance or risk management
Experience supporting regulated programs audits or quality assurance activities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to type 45 words per minute
Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical conduct
Clearance:

Security Requirements:
- Ability to obtain/maintain a SecurityClearance.
- Favorable credit check for all clearedpositions.
- Successfully pass a background investigation drugscreen.

Work Environment
This is a onsite full-time position. Occasional travel may be required based on operational needs.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Schedule flexibility may be required including occasional evenings or weekends to support operational or compliance needs.

- Standing/Walking/Mobility:Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees.
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:10% of the time.
- Lifting/Pulling/Pushing:10% of the time.
- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling:Must be able to write type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
