What youll be doing:

As an ETI Asset Manager Intern you will support the lifecycle management of the firms hardware and software assets. Youll work alongside senior IT asset managers and procurement professionals gaining hands-on experience with asset tracking systems compliance processes and vendor relationships.

• Assist with inventory tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets (laptops servers licenses etc.)

• Support asset onboarding transfers returns and retirements using Ivanti Neurons ITSM tools

• Help reconcile purchase orders and asset records with internal databases and vendor systems

• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to support IT asset audits and compliance reporting

• Participate in optimizing asset utilization and reporting on software license usage

• Contribute to data cleansing reporting and documentation of asset records

• Support process improvement initiatives related to asset lifecycle and cost management

We are currently looking for summer internship professionals to join us for Summer 2026. This is a full-time internship with a start date in June.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Finance or related field

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

• Ability to complete the entire summer internship starting on June 8 2026

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Experience or coursework related to IT Asset Management (ITAM) ITIL or Procurement

• Exposure to ServiceNow Power BI or similar platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
