Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing this role you will assist with market research campaign execution sales operations and customer engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams while developing practical skills in sales marketing communications and data analysis.

Marketing Support

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts newsletters email campaigns and promotional content.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help manage social media channels and monitor performance analytics.
• Update website content (where applicable).

Sales Support

• Assist in lead generation and qualification activities.
• Help maintain CRM systems by updating customer information and tracking interactions.
• Support sales team with proposals presentations and customer follow-ups.
• Perform market mapping and identify potential customer segments.
• Participate in outreach efforts including email and call campaigns.

Data & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for marketing and sales initiatives.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to improve future performance.
• Support data entry tracking and reporting related to pipelines and sales activities.

Administrative & Team Support

• Assist with coordination of events meetings and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and sales processes.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
