Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician (Contract)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:45 AM 5:15 PM

Location: Lawrenceville GA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong cath lab experience the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedural equipment
  • Operate and monitor imaging and hemodynamic equipment
  • Support patient preparation monitoring and post-procedure care
  • Ensure adherence to safety infection control and radiation protection protocols
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient data

Procedures & Case Types:

  • Left Heart Catheterization
  • Right Heart Catheterization
  • High-Risk PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention)
  • Pacemaker insertions
  • Peripheral vascular procedures
  • Structural heart procedures
  • ECMO EKOS and other advanced interventions

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
  • Experience with interventional and diagnostic procedures
  • AHA BLS certification required
  • ARRT or RCIS certification required
  • Associate degree in Health Science or completion of an accredited CVT/Radiology program
