Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician (Contract)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:45 AM 5:15 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong cath lab experience the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedural equipment
Operate and monitor imaging and hemodynamic equipment
Support patient preparation monitoring and post-procedure care
Ensure adherence to safety infection control and radiation protection protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient data

Procedures & Case Types:

Left Heart Catheterization
Right Heart Catheterization
High-Risk PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention)
Pacemaker insertions
Peripheral vascular procedures
Structural heart procedures
ECMO EKOS and other advanced interventions

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
Experience with interventional and diagnostic procedures
AHA BLS certification required
ARRT or RCIS certification required
Associate degree in Health Science or completion of an accredited CVT/Radiology program
