Job Summary
Job Title: Locum Physician - Radiation Oncology
Facility and Practice Overview
Join a dynamic outpatient practice in Elyria OH where youll provide vital Radiation Oncology care. Serving a dedicated patient population of adults this opportunity arises as vacation coverage for a single-physician practice. The facility is equipped with advanced technology including Epic for EMR and Mosaiq for RT treatment ensuring streamlined patient care.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Radiation Oncology care focusing on outpatient therapy.
- Perform required procedures such as Conventional Radiotherapy 3D Radiotherapy External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT IGRT and IMRT.
- Order tests images and prescribe treatments as necessary.
- Manage an average caseload of 18-30 patients per day.
- Collaborate with one other Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the practice.
- Participate in documentation and health record management using provided EMR systems.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio medical license.
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation.
License and Certification Requirements
- Must possess a current and valid Ohio medical license.
- Board Certification is mandatory.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Compliance with self-query requirements for NPDB report.
