Summary of Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the recruiting team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle gaining hands-on experience in sourcing candidate screening interview coordination and employer branding. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in human resources or recruiting.


Intern Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job openings on career sites job boards and social media platforms

  • Source and identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn job boards and internal databases

  • Screen resumes coordinate interviews create candidate communications as needed

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Assist with onboarding preparation and new hire documentation

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts

  • Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc projects to support the TA team


Qualifications

  • Major(s):Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Communications or a related field

  • Class Year(s): Senior Recent Graduate

  • GPA: Min 3.0

Skills

  • Strong interest in a career in talent acquisition recruitment or human resources

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS tools is a plus

  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Leadership Skills: Agility Building Trusting Relationships Decision Making Skills & Resilience

Availability

  • Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 18 2026 Aug 7 2026
