Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Permanent part time role (minimum 48 hours a fortnight)
- Variety of shifts available
- Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility
- Formulate review and update care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
- Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents care
- Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What youll need to succeed
- Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
- Motivated personable reliable transparent and with a sense of ownership
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
