Start Date: July 15 2026
End Date: September 13 2026
Must be available 5 days a week in July and August
Must be available 7 days a week during the US Open (August 23rd - September 13th)

Who You Are
- Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament (3 weeks from August 19
through September 8) including nights and weekends and available to work 12 hour shifts - Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently and computer proficient to access/update
customer records - Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain a positive outgoing demeanor adhering to the core expectations of our team at all
times and possess ability to work as part of a team and get along with coworkers - Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and during stressful
situations - Arrive for shift on time neatly groomed and in a clean pressed well-maintained uniform
- Willing and comfortable working part of daily shift outdoors in various weather conditions in
late August/early September - Personable and proactive in providing assistance to all guests with the highest level of
customer service - Excellent communication skills with thorough understanding of written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a ticket office for major sporting event team or venue
- Previous experience working in hospitality sales or in a call center
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
- Knowledge of ZenDesk Ticketmaster Archtics (or similar ticketing system)
Salary: $19 per hour; overtime eligible
$35 daily meal allowance during the US Open tournament (via credential)
