Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide evening care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will ensure patient treatments are delivered efficiently medications are administered safely and patient needs are met throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care during evening shifts
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient health status accurately
Maintain up-to-date medical records and documentation
Assist with daily patient care and nursing duties as needed
