Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Engineer with a strong business intelligence focus to help design and build a centralized reporting and visualization platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights through scalable data pipelines and intuitive dashboards. This is a Contract role based in Houston Texas and is in the office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities:

Design and build a centralized reporting solution using Tableau driven by optimized SQL queries
Develop and maintain data pipelines and models within an AWS data warehouse environment
Partner with business users to translate requirements into impactful dashboards and visualizations
Ensure data accuracy performance and scalability across reporting and BI solutions

Experience / Skills:

Advanced Tableau expertise including building complex dashboards and visualization tools
Strong SQL skills with experience transforming data into reporting-ready datasets
Hands-on experience with AWS data warehouse technologies
Proven ability to work with stakeholders to deliver business-focused BI solutions
