Supply Chain Associate

Your Opportunity Your Team:

The Supply Chain Associate supports QVC and tracks and updates inbound purchase orders manages import costing and handles administrative tasks using various systems and reports.

Where Youll Work:

• This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states PA NJ or DE to be considered. This role requires you to be on site at our West Chester PA location as needed.

What Youll Do:

• Maintain and update workbooks to support on-time product delivery including modifying purchase order dates and destinations.

• Communicate with vendors to track shipment status and resolve issues related to documentation system errors or failed TMS orders.

• Enter and submit data for scanned documents into AIC reports for inventory accounting and import costing.

• Escalate and communicate any purchase order adjustments or issues to Supply Chain Coordinators and the business to ensure timely decisions and prevent missed airdates.

• Follow SOPs to create edit and adjust purchase orders and costs based on predefined guidelines and matrices

What You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent Supply Chain work experience
