Join The NRP Group as a Make Ready Technician and help ensure our apartment homes are move-in ready and our communities look their best every day.

What Youll Do

• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (cleaning repairs light renovations)

• Maintain strong curb appeal by keeping grounds clean and well-maintained
• Complete service requests and general maintenance tasks as assigned
• Perform routine inspections and report any safety concerns
• Assist with inventory supplies and maintenance organization
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and step in as needed

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in housekeeping custodial or apartment maintenance preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
