Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner (FNP / AGNP) Functional Medicine
Location:Eugene Oregon
We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join a growing forward-thinking practice focused on whole-person integrative care. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP interested in functional medicineno prior experience required training provided.
Compensation:Guaranteed salary earning potential of $300000

What Youll Do
- Provide in-person and telehealth care
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans (lifestyle supplements hormone therapy medications)
- Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Document in NextGen EHR
Qualifications
- Active Oregon NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified: FNP AGNP or AGNP-PC
- 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Interest in functional preventive or lifestyle medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
