Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36Join our team as a Supervisor for our Central Staffing Office! ThisSupervisorwill oversee a team of approximately 14 schedulers and staffers and lead this team by providing day-to-day leadership supporting staff through problem-solving change management and real-time issue resolution.
Whats Available:
.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday day shifts with occasional hospital staffer coverage based on needs and call-ins - these staffer hours are 0430-1400 and 1330-2300.
Remote eligible with expectation of working on-site 1-2 times in a two week pay period for rounding with the on-site staff.
Must reside in WI MN or IA to be eligible for this remote/hybrid role.
What Youll Do:
Organizational Strategy and Implementation- Understanding market trends and the impact on their AOR contributing to AOR strategic and operational plans.
Fiscal Management- Effectively using established processes to ensure accountability for effective operations and resource management.
Human Resource Management- Effectively using established processes to select align engage develop manage and retain a team of highly skilled staff.
Excellence in Service and Clinical Quality- Achieving seamless delivery of quality patient care and safety excellence in patient experience and customer service.
Organizational Leadership- Providing leadership and accomplishing objectives by ensuring the integration of processes and initiatives while modeling collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduling and staff deployment processes.
Monitor staffing levels to ensure efficient cost-effective deployment and collaborate with leadership and departments to forecast staffing needs.
The supervisor analyzes workflows across the system to ensure end user demands are met maintains orientation and competency of all employees and helps design maintain and enforce pertinent policies and staffing/scheduling guidelines to meet department objectives.
What Youll Need:
Associates degree in Business Healthcare Administration or a related field
2-4 years of scheduling experience
Experience or ability to manage complete scheduling processes
Teamwork:Ability to foster positive working relationships and promote collaborative practice.
Adaptability:Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
