In this role you will proactively reach out to potential customers introduce telecom products and convert leads into sales. Youll be responsible for initiating conversations building interest and closing deals through confident and engaging communication.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
- Introduce and promote telecom products including internet and bundled services
- Capture customer interest quickly and drive the conversation toward a sale
- Handle objections and rejections with resilience and professionalism
- Consistently meet daily and weekly call and sales targets
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
- Stay up to date on products promotions and sales strategies
- Maintain compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements

- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecom or direct sales experience
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
- Experience using CRM or dialer systems

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment including a phone copier and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects move objects from place to place hold onto objects and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
