Job Summary
Location: Tanger Outlets Palm Beach West Palm Beach FL
Since 1991 Spring Footwear has made a difference in the lives of customers who rely on our brands for comfort and style. We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our Spring Step Shoes retail store at Tanger Outlets Palm Beach in West Palm Beach FL.
If you are passionate about customer service enjoy working in a team environment and thrive in a retail setting wed love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and add-on recommendations
- Maintain store organization cleanliness and visual standards
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Fulfill e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment
- Represent the Spring Step brand in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and bend as needed
