Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. The CNA will assist residents with daily activities promote comfort and safety and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing dressing grooming and feeding
- Support patients with mobility transfers and repositioning
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature pulse blood pressure)
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
- Assist nurses and healthcare staff in delivering patient care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification required
- Previous experience in LTC or nursing home setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
