Job Summary Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. The CNA will assist residents with daily activities promote comfort and safety and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with bathing dressing grooming and feeding
Support patients with mobility transfers and repositioning
Monitor and document vital signs (temperature pulse blood pressure)
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
Assist nurses and healthcare staff in delivering patient care
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
Active CNA certification required
Previous experience in LTC or nursing home setting preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
