Job Summary

Description

Work Schedule:

5% FTE 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:30pm-7:00am You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $4/ hr evening $5 hr night and $4.25/ hr weekend shift differential as applicable for hours worked.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required
Experience in patient education. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications

Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required
Certification in lactation education preferred or must obtain with 18 months of assuming the position. Required
Bi-annual BLS certification. Required
