Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Critical Care / ICU setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in managing high-acuity patients and providing advanced life-support care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and manage ventilators hemodynamics and life-support equipment
- Assess patient conditions and respond rapidly to clinical changes
- Administer medications and critical care therapies
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor telemetry
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Patient Population
- Adult Critical Care / ICU patients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of recent ICU / Critical Care experience
- Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
- Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State)
- BLS (AHA) Required
- ACLS Required
- NIHSS Certification Required
