How youll make an impact

• Lead transformative innovation initiatives that spark creativity intrapreneurship and continuous improvement.
• Shape and manage the Innovation Focus Area portfolio including strategy prioritization and annual roadmaps.
• Drive annual and multiyear technology plans to ensure aligned wellresourced and highquality execution.
• Provide strategic direction and handson leadership for global technology programs delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee resource and financial planning to ensure efficiency transparency and value creation.
• Foster strong collaboration across global teams and stakeholders to remove barriers and enable seamless execution.
• Build and manage partnerships with research institutions industry bodies and external collaborators.
• Champion responsible innovation by promoting design thinking emerging technologies and robust governance standards.

Your background

• Degree in Electrical Mechanical Industrial or Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10 years of experience in the transformers industry including leadership in a global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market trends into strategic technology roadmaps.
• Strong strategic thinking analytical skills and a track record of driving measurable business impact.
• Experience converting insights into validated innovation solutions with excellent communication and stakeholderengagement capabilities.
• Proven expertise in project and portfolio management budget management and multiregion collaboration.
