As a Front Office Engineer you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust low-latency systems crucial for pricing quoting and hedging a diverse range of financial instruments such as USTs Swaps and MBS. You will also develop innovative platforms that enable efficient risk and P&L management for our trading desks. A key aspect of your role will involve leveragingAI-driven analyticsfor sophisticated data analysis and to inform predictive pricing strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience using a modern programming language (Java C/C Python).
• Strong analytical skills ability to quickly identify scope and impact of issues.
• Team oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic self-directed and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex products with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience working on high availability mission critical systems.
• Experience with microservice architectures (SOA).
• Experience engineering solutions with distributed tracing performance testing authentication authorization
• Experience with UNIX operating systems internals infrastructure as code (Terraform) and networking.
• Proficiency with algorithms data structures and software design.
