Job Summary

Were not rockstars or ninjas just a team of developers working to make life a little easier for doctors and their patients. Our platform built on a Ruby on Rails API with AngularJS and React front-end helps our clients manage appointments track drug inventory send reminders and handle insurance claims. We deploy on AWS and are continuing to scale.

Were looking for a QA Engineer to help us grow and strengthen our infrastructure streamline our development processes and support our engineering team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep the work engaging and provide continuous opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and define test plans.
Design write and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API applications.
Identify document and track software bugs ensuring clear communication with developers.
Participate in code reviews and sprint planning to advocate for quality from the start.
Define and improve QA processes tools and metrics as the team and product scale.

What Were Looking For

At least 2 years of QA or software testing experience.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies QA processes and defect tracking.
Experience in manual and automated testing.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Comfortable working in a collaborative fast-paced environment where youll wear multiple hats.
Bonus: experience in medical software.
