Summer Legal Internship open to a law student at an accredited law school (1st or 2nd year law students).Job Description
The law school candidatewill spend time in the law department with broad exposure and experience working in Corporate Transactions Environmental Litigation Energy Trading Wholesale/Retail/Corporate Compliance Real Estate Contracts and Procurement Labor & Employment Environmental Health and Safety and the general operations of the Vistra Legal and Compliance Department.
Up to 8 week internship project; starting July through the end of August. Position is in-person (hybrid schedule) in Irving Texas and is paid.
