This is a hands-on production-driven installation role supporting a new construction data center build-out. Work includes copper and fiber cabling security rough-in and A/V rough-in. Key Responsibilities
- Pull route and dress wire and cable throughout an active construction site
- Support copper cabling installation termination and labeling
- Install J-hooks cable tray and conduit as directed
- Assist with fiber security and A/V rough-in work as part of the overall build-out
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment at all times
- Follow all job site safety policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and project leads
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience pulling wire or cable in a construction or labor environment
- Comfortable working independently and staying productive with limited supervision
- Strong attendance record and a reliable team-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs work on ladders and operate in active construction environments
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Supervisor reference required
- Steel-toed or composite work boots required must have ankle coverage and a defined heel (90-degree heel); all other PPE is provided
Benefits and Compensation
- Pay range: $22$24 per hour based on experience
- Weekly pay
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 10-hour days; Saturday 8-hour days 1st shift
