What Youll Own

• Lead safety quality productivity and cost control across your assigned area
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and increase throughput
• Partner with maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to hourly teams
• Ensure on-time delivery through optimized operations
• Build and execute cross-training programs to strengthen team capability
• Coordinate closely with internal and external partners to support production flow

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in engineering/technical field OR 4 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Background in heavy industrial or process-driven environments (steel metals chemicals etc.)
• Experience with:
  • PLCs motor control systems drives or power distribution
  • Reading mechanical/electrical blueprints
• Strong ability to:
  • Lead diverse hourly teams
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly across operations maintenance and leadership
