The Opportunity: Technical SEM Execution
Hennessy Talent Solutions is representing a global leader in the FinTech/SaaS space to find a data-driven Google Ads Associate. This role is designed for a technical practitioner who understands the nuances of the Google Ads ecosystem and is ready to manage high-volume account structures across two major tech hubs.
What Youll Do: Execute Analyze Optimize
- Account Stewardship: Manage and scale high-volume Google Ads accounts focusing on Search Display YouTube and Performance Max (Pmax).
- Technical Management: Utilize Google Ads Editor for large-scale account management bulk updates and precision bid adjustments.
- Performance Diagnostics: Move beyond basic reporting to diagnose account-level performance issues using data from Salesforce and Tableau.
- Pipeline Alignment: Optimize campaigns specifically for B2B lead and pipeline generation ensuring a high bar for MQL and SQL quality.
- Budget Tracking: Oversee and pace monthly budgets to ensure consistent delivery against growth targets.
What You Bring: Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Editor and a deep understanding of Pmax and YouTube ad formats.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use quantitative data to drive optimization decisions.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in FinTech accounting or financial services marketing is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to the hybrid schedule (Mon/Tue/Thu onsite) in either Draper UT or San Jose CA.
