The Opportunity:
As VP of Sales youll serve as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for revenue growth client acquisition and team development across all markets. Youll lead with a combination of data-driven decision-making high emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Set and own national sales strategy goals and revenue targets in alignment with company growth objectives
Identify new verticals and markets build go-to-market strategies and lead expansion initiatives
Build mentor and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on enterprise and mid-market clients
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation conversion and client experience
Executive Relationship Management
Cultivate relationships with C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders across target industries
Lead high-level business development efforts and close strategic deals
Represent BestLogic Staffing at industry events conferences and client engagements
Operational Excellence
Implement systems and reporting tools to track sales KPIs pipeline health forecasting accuracy and team performance
Drive CRM utilization and sales process discipline across the organization
Foster a culture of accountability performance and continuous learning
Who You Are:
Visionary sales executive with deep experience in the staffing or B2B services industry

Track record of scaling sales teams and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth

Comfortable rolling up your sleeves building from scratch and leading through change
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus
8-12 years of progressive sales experience including 5 years in a VP or senior
leadership role
Strong understanding of staffing/recruiting models trends and client needs
Exceptional leadership communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage national or multi-regional sales operations
Real ownership and ability to shape the direction of a growing company
