Diagnostic Imaging Director Miami Florida Area
Salary: $100000 $140000 (based on experience) Relocation Assistance
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Imaging leader ready to step into a visible high-impact role within a 290-bed medical center. Youll have the autonomy to stabilize operations strengthen team culture and drive overall performance across the department.
What Youll Do
- Lead all diagnostic imaging operations ensuring quality safety and regulatory compliance
- Oversee staffing scheduling workflow and departmental performance
- Manage budgets equipment and inventory
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Build and develop a team of approximately 50 FTEs with a focus on culture and retention
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of Director-level Imaging leadership experience
- ARRT certification required
- Associate degree required
- 5 years of overall imaging experience
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and team stability
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the COO
