Job Summary
We are seeking a Work-From-Home Travel Representative to assist clients before during and after their this remote role you will provide customer support handle travel-related requests and help ensure each traveler has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email phone and messaging platforms
- Assist with reservation updates itinerary adjustments and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about destinations travel requirements and procedures
- Confirm travel details and follow up with clients as departure dates approach
- Address concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is helpful but not required)
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests
- Able to learn online systems and tools quickly
