What Youll Do

-Oversee the full life cycle of multi-million-dollar custom home builds from groundbreaking through final handoff.

-Direct all field operations ensuring flawless execution precision and safety.

-Coordinate and mentor trusted subcontractors and craftsmen who share your commitment to excellence.

-Partner closely with architects designers and clients to bring complex detailed visions to life.

-Maintain tight control over schedules and budgets while protecting quality above all else.

-Represent the project with professionalism and pride both on-site and with discerning homeowners.

What You Bring

-7 years of experience leading luxury custom home construction (or equivalent high-end residential projects).

-A deep understanding of refined materials finishes and modern building systems.

-The ability to anticipate challenges think creatively and find elegant solutions.
